By using RateForge you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Plain English version: be honest, don't break the law, you own your data, we own our software, and AI estimates are a starting point — not gospel.
Account
You must be 18 or older and authorized to bind your business. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password secret.
Plans and billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time inside the app, or for App Store / Play Store purchases through your store account. Refunds follow the applicable store's policy.
AI estimates
AI-generated estimates and suggestions are aids, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every quote, invoice, and change order before sending it to a client.
Acceptable use
- No illegal use.
- No abuse of other users or their clients.
- No scraping or reverse engineering.
- No unsolicited messaging to non-clients.
- No use of the service to violate the privacy or rights of any third party.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features at our discretion.
Intellectual property
RateForge owns the software, brand, and platform. You own your data. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the service for you (storing, transmitting, processing).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RateLabs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
